On February 26, 2025, the “Laser Precision Shines in Shandong, Connecting the World with Excellence” Jinan Laser Equipment Industry International Procurement Conference was successfully held in Jinan. The event was organized by the Shandong Provincial Department of Commerce and hosted by the Jinan Municipal Bureau of Commerce. The World Chamber of Commerce Platform was invited to participate in the event and had the honor of meeting with the Vice Mayor of Jinan, Yang Li, prior to the conference.

Mr. Muhammad, the representative of the World Chamber of Commerce Platform, congratulated the successful hosting of the conference. He emphasized that Jinan, as the core hub for China’s laser equipment industry, is accelerating its internationalization process through global cooperation. The World Chamber of Commerce Platform will leverage its global resources, with a business network covering over 170 countries and regions, to build cross-national procurement cooperation channels. This will inject international capital and cutting-edge technology into Jinan, helping the city build an integrated industrial ecosystem of “Technology R&D — High-end Manufacturing — Global Trade,” accelerating the global expansion of Jinan’s laser industry chain.

The conference attracted over 300 participants, including 40 buyers from more than 20 countries and regions such as Germany, Spain, and Italy, along with 50 local enterprises from Jinan. On-site, foreign buyers and local Jinan enterprises engaged in in-depth discussions, resulting in potential transactions exceeding 30 million yuan, fully demonstrating the competitiveness and attractiveness of Jinan’s laser equipment industry in the global market.

Through this conference, the World Chamber of Commerce Platform and the Jinan Municipal Government jointly promoted in-depth international cooperation and exchanges, further enhancing the internationalization of Jinan’s laser equipment industry and the construction of a global procurement platform. We look forward to broadening our future cooperation with Jinan in more fields, jointly helping enterprises reach international markets and achieve mutual development.
