Coordinator, International Executive Office

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Coordinator for the International Executive Office. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our international executive functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the International Executive Office, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence.
– Assist in the preparation of executive documents, reports, and presentations for international meetings and events.
– Act as a liaison between the International Executive Office and other departments within WCHAM to facilitate communication and collaboration.
– Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
– Coordinate logistics for international executive visits, including venue bookings, transportation, and accommodations.
– Assist in the organization and execution of international events, conferences, and summits.
– Conduct research and gather information on international business trends, policies, and regulations to support decision-making.
– Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the International Executive Office.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, international relations, or related field.
– Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in an international or executive office environment.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
– Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
– Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
– Knowledge of international business practices and protocols is an asset.
