Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological initiatives and drive innovation within WCHAM. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies that support our organizational goals and enhance our digital infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with WCHAM’s mission and objectives.
– Lead the development and deployment of innovative technological solutions to enhance member engagement, advocacy efforts, and operational efficiency.
– Oversee the management of WCHAM’s digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities for improvement across all departments.
– Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
– Manage a team of technology professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
– Establish and maintain partnerships with external technology vendors and service providers to support WCHAM’s technological requirements.
– Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial goals.
– Serve as a thought leader and advocate for technology innovation within WCHAM and the broader business community.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
– Proven track record of leadership in technology roles, with at least 10 years of experience in technology management and strategy development.
– Extensive experience in developing and implementing technology solutions in a complex organizational environment.
– Strong understanding of digital platforms, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
– Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
– Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions and drive organizational change.
– Experience managing technology budgets and vendor relationships.
– Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
– Passion for technology innovation and a commitment to driving positive change through technology.
