Marketing Administrator
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team. The Marketing Administrator will play a key role in supporting the marketing initiatives of WCHAM, helping to raise awareness of our organization, engage with our stakeholders, and promote our services and events globally. The successful candidate will have a passion for marketing, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote WCHAM’s services, events, and initiatives.
– Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
– Manage WCHAM’s social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
– Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and webinars.
– Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
– Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives using analytics tools and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
– Collaborate with internal teams, including Membership, Events, and Policy, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
– Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing, such as maintaining databases, updating website content, and managing email campaigns.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
– 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
– Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing marketing challenges.
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of the global business landscape and interest in international trade and commerce is a plus.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software is desirable.
