On May 9th, we had the privilege of attending the “Europe Day” event hosted at the EU Embassy in Beijing, where we had a delightful and enlightening experience. Europe Day, symbolizing the European integration process, holds significant annual importance for the EU, representing unity and cooperation within Europe.

Amidst an atmosphere of conviviality and cultural exchange, attendees enjoyed a truly enriching experience. Set against the backdrop of the embassy’s lush garden, adorned with booths representing EU member states, guests had a unique opportunity to immerse themselves in the diverse cultures of Europe. Each booth proudly showcased the culinary delights and fine wines of their respective nations, serving as a testament to their gastronomic heritage and fostering cross-cultural dialogue. The event underscored the enduring bonds of friendship and cooperation between China and the European Union, promoting mutual understanding and appreciation.
